What we provide:

• 8’ x 8’ booth space with a 6 foot table and 2 chairs
• WiFi access
• Electricity if requested, $15 additional
• Convenient set up times: Friday (3-5 pm) or Saturday (8 am)
• Volunteer helpers to assist with set up, take down, and to give you a break between 10 am and 2 pm
• Coffee during set up 8-9:30 am

 What you provide:

• You’ll bring all the materials you need for a successful exhibit: table coverings, promotional materials, easels for signage, tape, pens, etc.
• If you’re providing snacks or beverages, they’ll be individually wrapped
• You’ll keep walls and backdrops free from signs or banners; you’ll bring free-standing options if needed
• You’ll complete your set up by 9:45 am on event day, Saturday, March 7
• You’ll staff your booth and stay engaged with visitors until 2 pm when take down starts

Additional important information:

1. CSC will assign booth locations, taking into account many considerations and space opportunities. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but will not guarantee a certain space or place in the building.
2. Refunds, minus $15, will be given for cancellations received by end of business on Friday, February 20, 2026.
3. Please let us know if you are not able to attend, either after February 20 or day of the EXPO. Call 734.475.9242. On March 7, the office will be open starting at 7:30 am.
4. We will register only one exhibitor per product type, first come first served.
