Thank you for choosing to participate in this community event. Exhibitor space is limited and pre-registration is
required. You’ll find registration details below.
What we provide:
1. An 8’ x 8’ booth with a 6-foot table and 2 chairs
2. Free wi‐fi access
3. Electricity in designated spots in the gym
4. Friday (1‐3 pm) and Saturday (8‐9:45 am) set up hours
5. Volunteer helpers to assist with set up and take down
6. Close to 1,500 visitors attend EXPO
What you provide:
1. All the materials you need for your successful exhibit: table coverings, promotional materials, easels for
signage, tape, pens, etc.
2. If you’re serving snacks or beverages, they’ll be individually wrapped
3. You’ll keep walls and backdrops free from signs or banners; you’ll bring free-standing options if needed
4. You’ll complete setup by 9:45 am on Saturday, April 13
5. You’ll staff your booth and stay engaged with visitors until 2 pm when takedown can start

Chelsea EXPO is a fundraiser for Chelsea Senior Center, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
Funding for all CSC programs comes significantly from local support, including sponsorships and private giving, as well as from grants. Every dollar impacts seniors in our community every day.
