ABOUT US
Building Community, Creating Connections, Enriching Lives
CHELSEA SENIOR CENTER
Founded in 1965, CSC centered on the idea that older adults thrive when they are connected, valued, and supported within a caring community. That belief continues to guide our work today.
OUR VISION
A world where all are valued, supported, and empowered as we age
We work every day to bring this vision to life by fostering connection, promoting well-being, and ensuring older adults have access to the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
OUR VALUES

Today, these core values guide us as we change and grow to meet the changing needs of those we serve.

STRATEGIC PLAN
As the senior population grows and community needs become more complex, CSC is committed to remaining agile, inclusive, and sustainable. In 2025, the organization undertook a comprehensive, stakeholder-driven strategic planning process to clarify priorities and position the Center for long-term impact. This five-year strategic framework (2026–2030) reflects extensive input from staff, board members, seniors, donors, and community partners and is grounded in both data and lived experience.
