TRAVEL POLICY

Travelers must have a signed liability release and current contact information, including who to contact in the event of a medical emergency, on file at the Center. 

Travelers are responsible for the cost of the trip:

  • Day Trips: $25 deposit must be made to sign up for a trip, with full payment due 30 days before the trip. Cancellation after 30 days is non-refundable, before 30 days is fully refundable.

  • Extended Trips: A deposit must be made to sign up for a trip, with full payment due as specified on the trip flyer.

When trips are planned, we need to know upfront that we will be able to pay our providers. Price includes gratuities for the driver. Our trips are all escorted.

Travel policies for trips arranged through vendors are listed on the trip flyer. Travel insurance is often available through our travel partners. 

Adult travelers of any age are invited to enjoy Chelsea Senior Center’s escorted trips.
