FOOD ASSISTANCE
Chelsea Senior Center provides low-cost meals to seniors 60 and better who reside in Washtenaw County. In partnership with AgeWays, Washtenaw County Senior Nutrition Program and the Chelsea School District, area seniors have the option of dining in at our daily Senior Café, or for those who are home-bound and/or have difficulty preparing meals, receiving a hot meal delivered by local volunteers up to five days a week.
Senior Café Lunch
Join us at noon each weekday for a hot meal and great fellowship. Please call at least one day in advance to reserve a meal. (If you forget to sign up early, call us the day of. Chances are good we have extras, and you can join us.)

Meals on Wheels
This is a home-delivered option for seniors who are unable to join us at the Center for our Senior Café Lunch. Participants must be home-bound, 60 or better, and live in Washtenaw County. Receiving home-delivered meals can be a short or long-term decision.

Chelsea Meals on Wheels donation payments can be dropped off at our office or sent to the Chelsea Senior Center at 512 Washington St., Chelsea, MI 48118. Make checks payable to Chelsea Senior Center.
All donations made to the Senior Nutrition Program stay in our community and support local seniors.
